On the final day of your stay, please vacate your room by 11 a.m. Failure to do so will
result in a surcharge.

You are welcome to leave your luggage, free of charge, in the luggage room prior to
checking in or after checking out.
For longer periods, there is an applicable charge of 1€ per luggage, per day (dependent upon space availability) for up to 60 days. Please contact the front desk to make arrangements. Storing of hazardous items is strictly prohibited. While we take utmost care to ensure the security of your property, City Circus assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to goods stored with us. Unidentified items or those stored in the luggage room more than 60 days will be donated to charity.

PAYMENT
Full payment for room/bed is required upon check in. You can pay in cash (Euro only)
or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX).

REFUND
If you change your travel plans and thereby shorten your stay with us, you are eligible
for a refund 50% for the unused days provided that you (a) paid us directly and (b) that
you notify us at least 48 hours in advance of your intended departure.

HOUSEKEEPING
Rooms are cleaned daily between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Every room is cleaned daily
between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. The housekeeper will knock to alert you of her intention to
clean the room.

EMERGENCY EXIT
The emergency exit is designed solely for emergencies.

VISITORS
Please receive your visitors in the Hostel Lobby. Visitors or friends are prohibited from
entering the Residence Area, which is reserved solely for registered guests.

LIMITED AREA ACCESS
For everyone’s safety, we have established a “Limited Area Access” policy as follows:
A. At no time are non- guests allowed past the ground floor entrance door leading
to the Residence Area. If you have friends visiting you, the meeting should be
taking place at the lobby common area.
B. Between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m., the Hostel Lobby is accessible only to guests with
key cards.
C. At all times, the Ladies Dorm is accessible only to Ladies Dorm paying guests.

ILLICIT ACTIVITIES
No sex in the dormitories and common areas.

FOOD & DRINKS
No food or drinks – other than drinking water – are allowed in the dormitories.
City Circus is fully licensed to sell alcohol at its premises; therefore, we maintain a
“Do not bring your own alcohol” policy.

SMOKING
For the comfort and safety of our guests-­­and to comply with the Greek law-­­ we operate a “nonsmoking” policy throughout the hostel. Smoking is permitted in the roof terrace.
Please ask our staff for the location of the designed area. Non-­­ compliance
with this rule will result in a charge of 50 euros to the offending guest(s) account to
cover professional cleaning or the room/area.
NOISE
Please keep the noise down after 11 p.m., especially in the dormitories, shared
bathrooms, roof terrace and hallways.

PETS
We do not allow any pets in the hostel at any time.

LAUNDRY SERVICE
We ‘ll get your dirty bundle washed, dried, folded and smelling fresh as daises at the
charge of 8 euros per load.

BATH TOWEL
Additional bath towels can be rented for €1 each. Towels are for drying your body
only. Please refrain from using them as a bathmat or cleaning rag.

INTERNET & Wi-Fi
The internet facility located in the lobby area is free of charge to all our guests. City
Circus guests can also use our free Wi-­­Fi high speed internet service, available
throughout the hostel. Please ask at the Front Desk for the password.
