JO&JOE Hossegor has taken up residence in a huge Landes house, spicing it up with a surf flavour. What’s magical about this place? Its exterior with a garden surrounded by pine trees, a shaded terrace and large tables: a big holiday home whose residents you just haven’t got to know yet.
Legendary tubes, with sand as far as the eye can see: one thing’s for sure, you’re right next door to one of the most beautiful surf spots in the world. JO&JOE will roll out the red carpet for you, as well as a rack to store your surfboards. Book classes directly at the reception or by contacting us by email/phone and benefit from reduced rates.

We offer breakfast from 7 to 10 am. Book it the day before.
We change sheets and towels on request at the reception.
A shared kitchen is at your disposal in the Happy House. You will also find a laundry room and a large couch for chilling. It is open from 7 am to 12 am every day.
The room key opens the main gate after it closes at midnight. Keep it with you when you go out.

The departure of the room is done until 11 am on the day of your departure. Come and give us the magnetic card at the reception desk.
In case of a fire alarm, keep calm and follow the evacuation plan out. In case of a deliberate activation of the fire alarm, you will be charged 400 €.
Eating, drinking, socializing and playing inside is ok. Smoking is not. Be thoughtful, smoke outside or get ready for a €250 minimum fine, which is definitely not cool.
